7/2/2009 I received "Excellent" Service from Adib Name when I had a major flood disaster in my bathroom, which traveled through several rooms in my house. I call him in the middle of the night and he showed up within 20 minutes and started right away. He explained everything he was going to do in detail and would not leave until I was comfortable. Another 1st class service I received was that he came by the house twice a day to check on the progress, adjusted things as needed, but he also called throughout the day for the duration of the service to make sure I was satisfied with the progress. His quick and professional service minimized the extent of the damage that I could have had. It was refreshing to have someone who not only provided honest professional service with a smile but also took the time out to answer all of my questions, concerns, and cared about the quality of service he was providing. We have 2 arm chairs in the reception area of our office. The chairs are about 10 years old & were extremely dirty, but you wouldn't know that now...they look brand new!!!!
